Yes, you will be guaranteed shipment if the item is available for Pre-Order. All Pre-Orders will be set to ship between the dates posted on its corresponding product page.

When you checkout, your payment will be charged and your order will be processed immediately. This will ensure that your item will be placed on hold once the item comes in stock and your Pre-Order will be processed immediately in the order it was received.

We will ship your item out as soon as it arrives in the warehouse. We have an automated system set up to prioritize Pre-Orders and your order will be processed in the order it was received. The sooner you Pre-Order an item, the sooner you will receive it.

Unfortunately, all sales are final. Since your order will be automatically processed, there is no way to remove it from our system. Yes, you will be notified immediately via email once your Pre-Order item has been shipped. You will also receive a tracking confirmation via email with a UPS tracking number.

Unfortunately, we cannot expedite your Pre-Order since this would be unfair to all the customers that rushed to place their order. Don’t worry, we will make sure your Pre-Order is processed as soon as we receive it.

Yes, your Pre-Order item will not hold up other items in your cart. All other items in your order will ship ASAP and your pre-order item will ship as soon as it becomes available and is in-stock.

For hygienic reasons, we recommend washing your vibrator between each use. Clean gently with mild soap and water. Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Never use chemical cleaners or abrasives. Jimmyjane FORM vibrators are completely submersible and thoroughly washable, so you can clean it in the sink or shower using a gentle soap.

The technology in our batteries includes a special feature in the effort to protect the battery from fully depleting. If the battery charge drops below a certain percentage, the battery will go into sleep mode, once in sleep mode the battery is on standby and the product will not work until it is rebooted. Once recharged the battery will reboot and continue to work with no effect on the battery.

If your FORM vibrator is not turning on, or is vibrating while on the charger, your product may be in sleep mode and needs to be rebooted.

To reboot:

  1. Hold the vibrating product in place on the charging dock until it stops vibrating which could take a few minutes, be patient. This will bring the charge to a high enough level to reboot the battery from standby.
  2. Once it has stopped vibrating, leave it on the charger for 8 hours to complete the charge and continue using as intended.
  3. If the product does not light up and does not work, repeat steps 1&2 or contact our customer service team.
