How is my order processed?

  1. We strive to process orders as soon as they are received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (business days), excluding weekends and major holidays (e.g., Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day).
  2. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. PST (Pacific Time) will be processed the next business day.
  3. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. All JIMMYJANE® sales are final, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  4. All shipping timeframes begin after your order is successfully processed. We maintain a reasonable basis for all stated delivery windows and will notify customers promptly if delays occur. Orders that cannot be shipped to the customer within 15 days, for any reason, require customer consent to proceed. If consent is not given, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided.

Can I use a P.O. Box, APO, FPO & DPO address?

⛔️ Lithium Battery Restrictions:

JIMMYJANE® cannot ship products containing rechargeable lithium batteries to P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO addresses), or diplomatic posts (DPO addresses) due to shipping carrier safety regulations.

The "Boring" Legal Stuff

Force Majeure: Delivery times may be affected by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, customs delays, carrier strikes, or other circumstances that prevent normal shipping operations from occurring. During such events, we may provide alternative delivery options or may offer full refunds on a case-by-case basis, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Liability Limitations: Our liability for shipping issues is limited to the order value or replacement of items, excluding consequential or indirect damages. Carrier terms and insurance coverage govern carrier liability for damage or loss during transit.
