What should I do if the item I ordered is missing something?

Include your order number or a copy of the purchase receipt. We will process a replacement.

When will my card or payment be processed?

When you checkout, your payment will be charged, and your order will be processed immediately. This will ensure that your item is placed on hold once it comes in stock and that your Pre-Order is processed immediately in the received order.

Can I get a replacement charger for my product?

Can I leave my FORM or Love Pod on the Charging Base without damaging it?

Yes! It is impossible to overcharge your JIMMYJANE vibrators.

My vibrator will vibrate when it's on the charger but won't turn on otherwise.

All JIMMYJANE FORM vibrators use a high-performance, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which ensures your products' long lifespan and many years of pleasurable use.

The technology in our batteries includes a special feature to protect the battery from fully depleting. If the battery charge drops below a certain percentage, it will go into sleep mode; once in sleep mode, the battery is on standby, and the product will not work until rebooted. Once recharged, the battery will reboot and continue to work with no effect on the battery.

If your FORM vibrator does not turn on or vibrate while on the charger, your product may be in sleep mode and needs to be rebooted.

To reboot:

  1. Hold the vibrating product on the charging dock until it stops vibrating, which could take a few minutes. Be patient. This will bring the charge to a high enough level to reboot the battery from standby.
  2. Once it stops vibrating, leave it on the charger for 8 hours to complete the charge and continue using it as intended.
  3. If the product does not light up or work, repeat steps 1 and 2 or contact our customer service team.

Pre-Orders

Below are some common questions about pre-order products

How do I pre-order an item?

If an item has a Pre-Order button on its product page, you can add it to your Cart and proceed through the checkout process as usual.

Will I be guaranteed to receive the item if I select Pre-Order and add the item to my Cart?

You will be guaranteed shipment if the item is available for Pre-Order. All Pre-Orders will be set to ship between the dates posted on their corresponding product page.

When will my Pre-Order ship?

We will ship your item out when it arrives in the warehouse. Our automated system prioritizes pre-orders, and your order will be processed based on the order you received. The sooner you Pre-Order an item, the sooner you will receive it.

Can I cancel my pre-order after placing the order?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. Since your order will be automatically processed, we cannot remove it from our system. Our systems are designed to ensure each customer is guaranteed shipment as the orders are processed. This will also inform you that your order will come first once the Pre-Order is placed in the order it was processed.

Can I change my shipping address if I have moved since I placed my Pre-Order?

Yes, you can change your shipping address after you place your Pre-Order. Contact customerservice@jimmyjane.com and provide the following information:

Will I be notified once my Pre-Order has been shipped?

You will be notified immediately via email once your Pre-Order item has been shipped. You will also receive a tracking confirmation via email with a UPS tracking number.

Can I expedite my Pre-Order?

Unfortunately, we cannot expedite your Pre-Order since this would be unfair to all the customers who rushed to place their orders. Don't worry; we will process your Pre-Order as soon as we receive it.

Will my in-stock items be shipped before my Pre-Order item?

Your Pre-Order item will not hold up other items in your Cart. All other items in your order will ship ASAP, and your pre-order item will ship as soon as it becomes available and is in stock.

Education

Should I use Lubricant?

Certainly! Whether you're going solo or playing with a partner, Lubricant can help your vibrator to move more smoothly and comfortably over the body, offering a more pleasurable experience. Be sure to use a water-based lubricant and wash your vibrator thoroughly after each use. Some silicone-based lubricants can degrade silicone products. Specifically, lubricants containing Cyclopentasiloxane (Cyclomethicone) cause the silicone in all products to swell and become misshapen. All JIMMYJANE products are made with the highest-grade, safest silicone available. No matter the high quality, all silicone products degrade with prolonged exposure to silicone-based lubricants.

How should I clean and care for my vibrator?

For hygienic reasons, we recommend washing your vibrator between each use.

  1. Never use chemical cleaners or abrasives.
  2. Clean gently with mild soap and water.
  3. Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

JIMMYJANE FORM vibrators are entirely submersible and washable. They can be cleaned in the sink or shower using gentle soap.
