Hold for 3+ second, turns on in the first mode, press the button, once to cycle through. On the 7th click, it's back to the first mode. Press the the +/- to increase or decrease the intensity.

Spray the JimmyJane Antibacterial Cleaner on your ASCEND 3™ before use. Wipe with a clean, dry cloth and let it air dry. Repeat after use and store in a cool, dry place. CARPO™ panty cold hand wash only.
