I contacted customer service THREE times via email about this vibrator that will not hold a charge for more than 5-10 minutes.
No response from you guys.
My wife and are are years long customers, she has bought 3-4 of these vibrators previously and they lasted for several hours on a full charge, and lasted several years.
Clearly, the latest purchase is faulty and I would like it replaced.
However, as I mentioned, three times I have emailed customer service yet have never received a single response
When my boyfriend isn't with me this pretty thing is. It'll never replace my man but it certainly takes the edge off. I love the quality and the motor. This is my second one. I prefer the original one that I had the cradle versus the magnetic prongs to charge but it doesn't affect the way it makes me feel..
I really enjoy this product. It is my first time using one with this particular design and I love all the features and speeds, it's very easy and fun to use!
I had one of the first versions of this and I love it. My biggest issue is that the charger connection isn’t great and it only holds a charge for an hour. My last one held a charge forever so I’m disappointed with how the quality of the product has gone down hill.
I purchased the Form 2 which I've used for over a decade and love. Unfortunately, the one I got is defective. I've reached out to customer service twice now and not gotten a single response. The Form 2 has a known defect where it will sort of spazz out right at the most, shall we say, inopportune time. The one that I got does this right out of the box and unfortunately the customer service team has not answered any messages about exchanging my product for one that works as it should. Toys are freaking expensive. Spend your hard earned money with a company that actually responds if you get defective merchandise.
The clitoral vibrator is very user friendly and simple to operate. It has a long-lasting charge, especially on the lower settings, and is easy to hold and not too loud.
I just replaced mine after 7 or more years and it is probably the best investment I have made for my sexual health. I am 51 and I know that my sexual health is a key part of my physical, emotional and mental health, as is the case for most people.

The individual motors in each end REALLY changes the game! The Wevibe we currently have just wasn’t giving my wife the intensity she was looking for and doesn’t like the “suction” toys so when I found this, I was so excited!

I have over the years, owned three Form 2's. They last a long time, but they do eventually stop holding a charge. This is the first Pro I have ever owned. It is a significant improvement over the old Form 2, by which I mean it gets the job done fast. But in a good way.
My girlfriend already had one in black but the battery died when we were in action. So.. I wanted to get get a back up so it’s always charged and didn’t need to interrupt our sex play. It’s great to see both of them charging side by side and her being able to switch them out during our heavy play time! Give stars and she is still grinning! And.. she also loves the toys!!
