Use Power On Press and hold the power button (middle button) for three seconds to turn on your massager. The LED will turn on for 3 seconds and then turn off–the massager will begin to vibrate in the constant vibration mode at medium speed. The LED will get slightly dimmer, and will turn off after three seconds. Power Off Press and hold the power button (middle button) for three seconds to turn off your massager.

Should I use Lubricant?
